Vicky's Skirt made from Coat Hangers

I made this skirt from wire coat hangers, bent into a diamond frame with black tights stretched over. Each frame was attached with white thread. The black size cubes (which you find on some hooks of coat hangers) were joined together into a strand of about 15 and hung off the bottom of the skirt.
